More than 3,000,000 happy, crazed fans, enjoying the moment, some celebrating with champagne, some with other beverages, lined Philadelphia streets on October 31, 2008 to watch the Philadelphia Phillies 2008 World Series Victory Parade, while another 40,000 plus waited for them to arrive at Citizen's Bank Park to hear from the Phils at the victory ceremony in which their 2008 World Series Victory Pennant was raised.
